The room is huge, unique and has city views. A dining area, a big window, and a couch are available. The location of the hotel is awesome, right by great restaurants, Brisbane attractions and the attached Cafe as well as the Queen Street mall, restaurants and bars, a stroll over Victoria bridge to South bank. There is nearby Guzman y Gomez to grab some food for the dinner. Would stay here again, it was a very delightful stay for a short business trip.

The Royal Albert offers an excellent location in the CBD with spacious rooms. The one-bedroom suite featured large windows, in-room laundry facilities, and a minibar stocked with a variety of refreshments. The hotel has a fine English ambiance, complemented by attentive service from the staff. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable pillow-top mattresses that ensured a pleasant stay.
There was an issue with the mini-bar charges, confusing.

We liked that we just walked out the front door and everything we wanted to do was there. In the heart of the city. Made walking a breeze. Loved the room extremely spacious. Loved having a dvd player. Very quite ( loved that ).

Excellent location, not affected by any of the outside street noise. Hassle free check in. Friendly, well informed staff. Lovely historical hotel. Excellent restaurant below with reasonably priced meals. Huge rooms. Excellent air-conditioning.

The staff were all courteous and enthusiastic. The room was spotlessly clean and vintage and there were a dining area, the laundry facilities, and a sofa.

great location but plumbing noise needs attention
The room was massive with a functional kitchen, perfect for a longer stay! The beds offered comfort that ensured a restful night. The city view from my room was fine and added a good touch to my experience.
Although my overall experience was positive, the noise from plumbing was quite bothersome during the night.

Greatly enjoyed my EXTRA SPECIAL stay for a short business trip. There was a well-equipped and tastefully decorated room with separate bedroom. There were tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and an oven upon arrival.

The welcome was warm, and the valet service impressed right from the start. The one-bedroom suite was not only spacious but also well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities. We were informed of a recent charge for parking, previously included in our stays. Despite these issues, the location made exploring the city easy, and we appreciated the convenience of room service, especially after a long day.

Ease of parking - staff parked the car for us. On check out day car could be left in carpark, staff put bags in car & it was ready for us when we left later in the day. Very easy!

Liked our well-equipped and beautifully decorated rooms.
The staff was best and we would like to stay longer. The room with balconies. The breakfast was great, the check in was very early. Besides, the parking was on site.
